Privacy

What we store. Your name, email, and password (stored only as a secure hash). For each board: the names on squares, any contact info a host, seller or buyer enters, payment status, notes, scores, and an activity log. Hosts can keep a player directory and a ledger of balances.

Who sees what. Names on squares are visible to anyone with the board link. Contact info, notes, payment methods, the player directory, and the ledger are visible only to the board's host (and contact info to the seller who sold the square). Buyers see their own squares.

Money. SquareSentry doesn't take payments, store card or bank details, or pay out prizes. Payment status is just a record the host or seller marks.

Email. We send email only for sign-in codes. We don't sell or share your information, and we don't run ads.

Kids. Accounts are for adults. For youth fundraisers, an adult should run the board and seller links, and seller names should be a first name and number.

Your control. From Account you can download all your data or delete your account, which deletes every game you host.

Security. The site uses HTTPS, rate limits sign-in attempts, and keeps private details behind your login.
